FAQ

Ordering and delivery

What happens after payment, how delivery works and what to do if you need the report link again.

Do I need an account?

No. Enter your keywords, website, market and email address, then pay once for that report. The report link is sent by email and expires after 30 days.

When do you start the ranking check?

Processing starts after payment is confirmed. If payment is cancelled or not completed, no ranking checks are started.

How long does it take to receive my report?

Small reports are usually processed quickly. Larger reports take longer because every keyword, search engine and device combination is checked separately. The private status page updates while the checks run, and an email is sent as soon as the Excel report is ready.

Can I close the page after payment?

Yes. Processing continues after payment. Keep the private report link if you want to check progress later; the download link is also sent by email when the report is ready.

I did not receive the email. What should I do?

First check spam, junk or promotions. If the message is still missing, use the private status link if you saved it. Otherwise contact support with your order number and the email address used at payment so the report link can be found and sent again.

Where can I download my report?

You can download the report from the private report page after processing is complete. The same private link is sent to the email address used during payment.

How long does the download link stay active?

Report links expire after 30 days. Download and store the Excel file before the link expires if you need it for your own records or client work.

What is my order number used for?

The order number helps support find the right order without asking you to create an account. Include it when asking about a missing email, payment question or report delivery issue.

How do I contact support?

Use the support form linked in the footer. Support is handled in English so order questions can be reviewed consistently. If you already placed an order, include your order number and the email address used at payment.

FAQ

Pricing and payment

How the one-time price is calculated and what happens before you pay.

How many keywords can I check?

You can check 25 to 2,500 unique keywords per order. Duplicate keywords are removed before pricing and processing.

Why does the price change when I add search engines, devices or competitors?

Each selected search engine and device creates extra ranking checks. Competitors are analysed against the same returned search results as your website, but they add comparison rows and report work. The price summary shows the exact one-time price before payment.

Which payment currencies are supported?

You can view and pay for an order in EUR, GBP, USD, CHF or PLN. The base price is managed in EUR and converted to the selected payment currency before payment.

How are exchange rates handled?

Exchange rates are refreshed automatically from a public reference source. The rate used for your order is stored with the order, so the paid amount and report details stay tied to the rate available when you ordered.

Why is there a minimum order price?

Every order needs payment handling, processing, report creation, storage and email delivery. The minimum order price keeps small reports commercially workable while still allowing compact keyword lists.

Is VAT or tax included?

Prices shown on the site exclude VAT or sales tax. Applicable tax is calculated during payment based on the billing details entered there, before payment is completed.

Will I receive an invoice or payment receipt?

The payment step collects the billing details needed for the payment record and sends the receipt through the payment provider. Keep the receipt and your order number for administration. If you need help matching a payment to a report, contact support with the order number.

Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong domain, market or keywords?

Review the domain, keywords, country, language, city, devices and search engines carefully before paying. Once processing has started, the report is created from the submitted settings. If something went wrong during payment or delivery, contact support with your order number.

FAQ

Report contents

What appears in the Excel file and how to read the results.

What does the ranking check include?

The report checks the selected website and any competitors for each keyword, search engine and device combination. It includes the organic position, matching URL, page title, measurement time, status and checked depth.

What file type do I receive?

You receive an Excel file built for quick review, filtering and sharing with colleagues or clients.

Can I open the report in Google Sheets?

Yes. You can upload the Excel file to Google Sheets if you prefer to work there. Some formatting may look slightly different, but the report data remains usable.

Are Google desktop, Google mobile, Bing desktop and Bing mobile separated?

Yes. Each selected search engine and device combination gets its own results sheet, so the context of every position is clear.

Are competitors shown next to my own domain?

Yes. Your website and competitor domains are shown in the same results sheet for each keyword. This makes it easier to compare positions, URLs and missing results side by side.

Does the report include the search engine, country, language and city?

Yes. The report includes the full search context: search engine, device, country, language and city when city targeting is selected. This keeps each row tied to the exact market that was checked.

What does “not found in top 100” mean?

It means the domain was not found in the returned organic results for that keyword and market. It does not prove that the page is not indexed, and it is separate from a failed check.

What happens if a check cannot be completed?

The report marks failed or uncertain checks explicitly. They are not presented as missing rankings, so you can tell the difference between “not found” and “not completed”.

FAQ

Market settings and ranking differences

How country, language, city, device and search engine choices affect the result.

Can I target a city?

Yes. You can choose a country, language and optional city. City targeting uses a canonical location name so local results are measured for the selected place.

Is interface language the same as search language?

No. Interface language controls the website, payment flow, status page and messages you receive. Search language controls the language setting used for the ranking measurement. You can use the website in English while checking French results, for example.

What if a country has multiple languages?

Country and language are separate settings. For a multilingual market, choose the country first and then the language you want to measure. For example, to check both Dutch-speaking and French-speaking audiences in Belgium, run one check for Belgium with Dutch and another check for Belgium with French. This keeps each report tied to one clear search context.

Why can desktop and mobile rankings differ?

Search engines can show different results by device because layout, intent, local signals and mobile usability can affect what appears. That is why desktop and mobile are separate checks.

Why do rankings differ from what I see in my own browser?

Your browser can be affected by location, language, device, search history, personalization, logged-in state and the exact time of the search. The report uses the market settings selected during payment and records the measurement time, so the result is a clean snapshot of that context.

Do ads, maps, images or “People also ask” count as rankings?

No. The report counts organic web results. Ads, map packs, image blocks and question boxes can appear on the search results page, but they are not counted as organic positions.

How are competitors handled?

Competitors are checked against the same returned search results as your website. Adding competitors does not automatically multiply live search retrievals, but it adds comparison rows to the Excel report.

FAQ

Privacy and repeat reminders

How private links, stored reports and optional repeat-check reminders work.

Who can access my report?

Anyone with the private report link can access the report until the link expires. Treat it like a private document link and share it only with people who should see the data.

Do you share my keywords or domain publicly?

No. Your submitted domain, keyword list, competitors and report are used to create your ranking check and are not published publicly.

How long do you store my report?

The downloadable report is kept for 30 days so you have time to retrieve it from the private link. After expiry, the report file is removed from download storage.

Can I ask you to delete my order data?

Yes. Contact support with your order number and the email address used at payment if you want order or report data reviewed for deletion.

Will you email me after my report is delivered?

You may receive a later reminder suggesting a repeat check, because rankings can change over time. The reminder is sent to the email address used for the original order.

Can I unsubscribe from repeat-check reminders?

Yes. Reminder emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops repeat-check reminder emails for that email address.
