Data you submit
When you place an order, we process the website domain, keywords, selected search market, optional city, selected search engines and devices, competitor domains, email address, company name if provided, payment currency and order details.
Payment details are collected by the payment provider. Realtime Ranking stores payment references, order amount, currency and status so the payment can be matched to the correct report.
How the data is used
Submitted keywords, domains and market settings are used to run the ranking check, create the Excel report, show the private status page and send order and report emails.
We may use the order email address to send one repeat-check reminder. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing and processors
Data is not published publicly or sold. Limited order data is processed by service providers needed for payment, email delivery, report storage, hosting and live search result retrieval.
Retention and deletion
The downloadable Excel report is available through a private link for 30 days. After that, the report file is removed from download storage.
You can contact support with your order number and payment email address to request review, deletion or anonymization of order or report data. Some payment or accounting records may need to be retained for administrative or legal reasons.
Security and private links
Report and status pages use private links. Anyone with the link can access the order status or report until the link expires, so share it only with people who should see the data.
No online service can guarantee perfect security, but the service does not publish a public list of your reports and keeps service credentials on the server.
